Day 2: Seeking God’s Guidance
Thought:
As we make plans and set goals for the year, let us pause to seek God’s wisdom. When we trust Him to guide us, He leads us on the right path, even when it differs from our expectations.
Scripture:
Proverbs 3:5-6 (NIV) - "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight."
Reflection Questions:
1. What specific areas in your life require greater trust in God’s guidance?
2. How can you surrender your plans to God while remaining open to His leading?

The area of wanting to build a home comes to mind first. Really wanting to get that going, but not knowing the right timing has been rough. Definitely seeking God’s direction on when He wants us to do it.
I want to trust the Lord more with my finances! If I say I “I trust him” then why do I fear giving more!?
n*When I trust, he guides, and he WILL make my path straight! (Thankful for this reminder today!)
I want to trust God with my family. To know that as much as I worry, I should put that trust in the God. For he knows what is best for us.
Definitely need God’s guidance when it comes to finances and self reflection. Continuing to submit and listen for His voice.
